Weekly Sitting Groups

NOTICE OF CHANGE: There will be no meeting on Monday July 3rd, 2010, but will resume again the following Monday (July 12th). The meetings will take place as always in the basement of Edmonton Shambala Centre.

The Light of the Dhamma meets every Monday evening in the basement of the Edmonton Shambala Centre.

  The entrance is at SW corner at the back of the building.

  We meet @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm every Monday and the evening consists of meditation and Dhamma discussion.

  The cost is Dana for use of the premises (suggested $ 10/person)
